hela Sverige The School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences is seeking a project secratary in Rhetoric for a fixed-term appointment.
Duties and responsibilities
Planning and administration of fieldwork trips. Participation in fieldwork trips including collection, translation and coordination of research material is. Additional duties such as compilation of research reports and external communication might be included.
Eligibility
Eligible for the appointment as project assistant are applicants holding a M.A. in Rhetoric or in related subject areas.
Assessment criteria
General assessment criteria include good interpersonal skills and an ability to cooperate as well as the ability and suitability otherwise required to perform the duties well. Knowledge of Japanese language in combination with Swedish and/or English will be regarded as especially important since the project focus is on Japan. It will also be regarded as important to be available in the daily activities. Earlier experience of similar research projects is meriting, as well as access to networks for collecting relevant research material.
Information
The position is a part-time 25% position for a fixed term of approximately 1,5 years. The salary depends on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience.
