We are now looking for Project Quality Managers to lead cross functional QJ-teams. The QJ-team introduces solutions for implementation of Reactive Quality Improvements towards the customers. You shall assure the shortest possible lead-time according to the QJ-process. You will coordinate the efforts of a cross functional team. You are expected to be responsible for up to 7 parallell Mini-Projects. The Mini-Project's aim is to find resolutions to QJ-issues as quickly as possible as well as maintaining the highest quality level in the work.
REQUIREMENTS
M.Sc or B.Sc with 3-5 years work experience from automotive development and/or manufacturing preferably within engine, transmission or electronic components.
We are happy to see an application from you with strong Project Leadership skills, who can get people going and get things solved, have the ability to prioritise and act as a role model for result oriented humble project management.
