hela Sverige The Project Quality Management department (PQM) is now looking for a Project Quality Leader to support our Digital Solution projects with quality tools and knowledge. The PQM department is a part of Global Product and Service Quality organization which in turn is part of the Global After Sales, Services and Quality (GASQ) organization.
Your Role
The position involves contacts with many parts of the company and if you really enjoy having a large contact surface, this is the job for you. If you can also talk to software developers in the way of software developers and to mechanics in the way of mechanics, then you've come to the right place. As a Project Quality Leader you will be part of a team of 5 persons that are supporting the Product & Services new development process. Each project is unique and challenging in different ways, so the risk of having to work casually is low. Our development methods are agile and we work in scrum groups but also sometimes use the V model in the interface towards the development of the physical products.
You will be responsible for:
Be the spokesperson for Product & Service Quality in digital & SW projects as well as develop and improve development processes within digital in collaboration with the development teams
Plan, perform and present Quality Assurance activities
Report quality status in ongoing projects as an vital input to the steering team
Monitor Quality Control activities with regards to project and product & service quality
Provide support to the organization in quality mindset & methods/technique
Act as an influencer to enhance awareness in our processes, encouraging and lead the continuous improvement work
Lead lessons learned meetings and ensure that identified LLs are assigned to the improvement owner
You will report to the Head of Quality within Business Unit Global Pro within the Product Quality organization.
Location: Huskvarna, Gothenburg/Jonsered or Stockholm
Who you are
We are looking for a person who enjoys working in team and can easily collaborate with different function within Husqvarna. You create a good order in processes and documentation, and are highly organized to manage several projects.
As a Project Quality Leader you have a passion for Quality and have a good insight in what consequences there is when lack of it. Quality is your first priority and you aren't afraid of taking the needed discussions around it. You are inspired of having customer in center and reminding your colleagues about it whenever needed.
We see that you have 5 or more year work experience in Digital Solutions/SW and a Master in Engineering, preferably within digital. You are well familiar with Scrum, ITIL, SAFE and/or agile developing processes. It is desirable if you have experience of JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Dynamics are a plus.
You have excellent Swedish and English skills, both written and spoken.
