hela Sverige The Project Quality Assurance (PQA) Manager is the quality representative in the Project Core Team. In this role, the PQA representative drives the Quality Planning and assures that all processes meet customer requirements.
The role includes coordination of other QHSE employees that are working in the project. The role has no direct reports.
You will also work with overall quality assurance together with the quality department. This includes:
1. Maintain and improve the management system
2. Plan, perform and follow up internal audits
3. Work related to traffic safety
4. Support and educate when implementing new tools and systems (QHSE)
5. Validate and implement new Bombardier GRP directives
6. Drive continuous improvements
7. Bid work
YOUR ROLE
1. Review customer requirements and define the quality assurance work for project execution;
2. Define and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan;
3. Ensure company directives and processes are deployed and enforced within the project;
4. Ensure that QHSE delivers within project budget;
5. Ensure that the products fulfil traffic safety requirement and that the project work according to the internal safety steering system;
6. Conduct project audits to monitor compliance to customer contract and compliance to the change management, configuration management and other (business/customer required) processes;
7. Support project during external audits by customer, BT Group and/or third party auditors;
8. Manage the non-conforming products/services and quality related customer complaints;
9. Participate in Gate Reviews, Core Team Meetings, Project Lessons Learned/Feedback meetings and other meetings as Quality Representative for Project.
10. Project Quality Assurance Manager will be the interface with the customer regarding Quality, Safety and Environmental issues.
• Master degree in Engineering (mechanical, production, etc.);
• Typically 5 years of experience in a relevant role (Quality Assurance);
• Quality auditor certification (9001 and IRIS) is a plus;
• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP);
• Project auditing, gate review experience, configuration management;
• Knowledge of traffic safety regulation is a plus
• Root cause analysis (8D, fish bone, 5 why, FMEA, etc)
• Swedish and English at a business fluent level is mandatory.
