Job description:
You will work closely with Project managers around the world, purchasing material required for completing project installation of simulators and vessel traffic monitoring systems. You will be part of the Purchasing & Logistics department consisting of 5 persons.
Main tasks:
• Planning purchasing of material to different projects in ERP system
• Purchasing and ordering of special material for projects,
• Purchasing of electrical installation material
• Monitoring of order confirmations and delayed deliveries
• Invoice signing for accounting
• Supplier contacts and other relevant tasks within the field of purchasing
• Reporting status of purchases to project manager
Qualifications:
• Relevant education and 5-6 years of relevant work experience, or extensive work experience within the field is required
• Fluency in English both verbal and written is required
• Good technical knowledge of PC equipment and electrical equipment
• Previous work experience within a purchasing department is required
• Knowledge of the Navision ERP system are an advantage
