hela Sverige For one of our biggets clients in Västerås we are now looking for a senior leader, preferably with experience from railway, to work as a Project Operation Manager. The assignment starts as soon as possible and lasts 1,5 years.
Start date: As soon as possible
Duration of assignment: 1,5 year
Location: Västerås
Main tasks and accountabilities
The role as a Project Operation Manager includes different tasks, such as:
• Lead the implementation of continuous improvements for the project execution strategy for the local or regional project operation under the guidance of the Global Project Operations Manager.
• You will ensure that the regional/ local portfolio of projects is managed consistently, based on best practices and the clients policies.
• Supervises project execution and performance management through project reviews and approves any project deviations.
• Leads and coaches the project execution team to achieve business objectives, i.e. to drive efficiency and effectiveness, improve cash flow, revenue and profitability.
Furthermore, you will build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
We are looking for a person who has extensive experience from working as a Project Operations Manager within technical areas. You have a strong result focus and can easily put you at work quickly. You speak and write fluent in English. It is meritorious if you have railway experience and have good knowledge in Swedish and/or German.
