Your Role
As the Project Office Manager, you will ensure the successful completion of projects within Kanthals portfolios of new products. Your responsibilities will include transforming technology concepts that address unmet customer needs into new products and offerings. You will lead your team in developing and implementing projects, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively, and tasks are delegated to essential stakeholders within the organization. You will also optimize project management methodologies and promote a project management culture to establish a strong foundation for project management within the organization. As an expert in the field, you will support the organization with your competence and increase its ability to meet market demand for green-energy transition.
The location for this position is semi-flexible but continuous presence in Hallstahammar is a requirement. It also includes international travel.


About You
We are looking for you with a solid background in project management and a proven track record in the field. Ideally, you will have experience leading a Project Office and possess relevant certifications such as PMP. You have a technical background and know how to measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Strong communication skills are a must, and you should be comfortable interacting with stakeholders, customers, and partners from different organizational levels and backgrounds. You seek to understand the requirements of our customers, and transitions the industry is going through, to fully capture current and future opportunities.
In this role, you will lead our Project Office and coordinate internal resources and stakeholders to ensure flawless project execution. Your inspiring approach should make it easy for you to lead others and make them follow your footsteps.
Lastly, since we operate in an international business environment, you should have excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
