hela Sverige We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team, working on delivery projects in the area of Filtration and Separation. Team you belong to
As our Project Manager, you will be a part of a global team whose focus is to deliver projects according to contracts within specified parameters. You will have the support of a team with various professional backgrounds, including project administrators, engineers, procurers, project controllers and others. You will report to the Manager of Project Execution, who is also based in Sala, Sweden.
We utilize MS Office, SAP, MS Project and other internal tools for our work. We are open to remote work and a hybrid office setup, but we also consider physical presence in Sala to be a key success factor.
What you'll do
In the role of Project Manager you will oversee several parallel projects involving the delivery of mining equipment for filtration and separation. You will lead your project teams and handle everything from signed contracts to project deliveries of Mining equipment. You will have the all-around responsibility of executing, coordinating, leading, and concluding the projects. These projects are global in scope, both internal and external, and therefore vary in terms of size and complexity.
Who you are
To excel in the role of Project Manager, your individual contributions are highly valued, but you will also collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams and work across multiple entities and sites located around the globe.
We welcome applicants with an academic degree in the field of technology or economics and several years of experience in project management and project execution. Experience in leading delivery projects is preferred. Project management certifications are desirable but not required.
Technical understanding is advantageous but not a strict requirement. You should thrive in a global context and be able to express yourself fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English. In addition to this, your personal qualities also carry significant weight. A Project Manager for us is a person who can confidently make direct decisions and take actions. This should be evident in your cooperative and communicative manners, as well as your ability to lead and motivate project members, including yourself, to drive projects towards set goals.
