PROJECT MANAGER, VAE
We are looking for the right person to be part of our Global Value Added Engineering team. We now have an open position as Project Manager who will be responsible to lead all external customer Value Added Engineering projects.
Job description
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
• Lead, control and deliver VAE projects according to plans.
• Provide support to regional and local sales teams.
• Prepare and organize agendas for customer visits and internal training events.
• Further develop existing project management structure, routines and processes for the customer related project documentations.
• Conduct informative and structured training courses in the use of the VAE tools.
• Project manager - keep track of all ongoing projects - delivery of projects on time.
• VAE tools - collect all user feedback and transfer this to the tool development team.
• Information collecting - manage all project reports, sort and structure all data.
• Manage and further develop the Global VAE Champion network team.
• Customer care - be the "ambassador" of the team to our customers - drive relationship to be a partnership.
Skills and competencies required:
• MSc International Marketing
• Degree in economic geography or business degree
• Project management education
• Key account management education
• Basic Welding processes knowledge
• Excellent in English, other languages a benefit
• Marketing communication skills
• Customer oriented approach
• Good team player
• High motivation and integrity
• Report writing skills
• Ability to multi task
• Good presentation skills
The position is placed in Gothenburg, Sweden. Traveling may occur both domestic and abroad.
