hela Sverige Are you ready to take on a challenging role as Project Manager within Tetra Recart Capital Equipment / Packaging Lines Installations?
As project manager within capital equipment installations you will contribute to the growth of Tetra Recart, working closely with Tetra Pak colleagues and sub-suppliers to define and deliver competitive packaging lines solutions to our customers around the world.
An important part of your tasks will be to drive continuous improvements related to our way of executing installations, to find synergies, reduce cost and improve our competitiveness.
You will support sales of Tetra Recart lines, and as a core team member in the pre-project team provide technical sales support preparing for successful implementation. After contract signing you will drive the installation project through preparation to installation and commissioning until final handover to our customer. You will lead a cross functional project team with members both from Tetra Pak and our external suppliers in a truly international environment.
You will be based in Lund, reporting to the Manager of Project Management within Tetra Recart Sales & Technical Support. The role requires travelling both regionally and globally, depending on load about 50 days/year.
Main responsibilities
• Drive continuous improvements and work proactively to secure synergies between multiple projects
• Support sales of Tetra Recart packaging lines as core team member in the pre-project team, leading the definition of the technical solution and cost budget as well as preparation of key contract documents
• Drive installation projects from contract signing to handover to our customers, leading the project team and proactively communicating with both internal Tetra Pak and external stakeholders
• Work proactively to secure synergies between multiple projects
• Contribute to knowledge build up and sharing, as well as to continuous improvements of our working methods and tools
Qualifications
We believe that you have a solid technical background with a University degree in either mechanical or automation engineering. Since you will have frequent contacts both with customers and suppliers' excellent communication skills and command of English, both written and verbal, is mandatory. Knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
You have at least 5 years of experience from working with project deliveries in an international and process oriented industrial environment.
Extensive experience of working with installation of Tetra Recart lines is preferable. Documented knowledge of PMI standards and/or PMP certification as well as of LEAN principles is a merit.
To succeed in the position you have demonstrated excellent communication, team building and stakeholder management skills with a proven track-record of achievement.
