hela Sverige The main purpose for the Project Manager Supply Chain (SPM) is to scope, plan, schedule, lead, follow-up and report on assigned PCP projects within Supply Chain in order to fulfil project objectives. This includes improvement of teamwork and processes, coordination and communication within the company as well as with suppliers. The main objective for SPM is: * Introduce a secure and stable Supply chain in order to meet PCP objectives * Standardize methods for supply project quality assurance, requirements setting and verification * Work and develop relationship with our project teams in the development, marketing organizations and EMS * Define, validate and develop manufacturing processes at our EMS suppliers Responsibilities * Supply Chain (incl repair) development within PCP * Manage project progress with EMS supplier through PCP e.g. cost, QMP, yield, capacity efficiency and pre-series * Implement, review and follow up change orders towards EMS suppliers * Participate in project core team work for the different product lines' * Head project meetings within Supply Chain * Visit EMS suppliers on demand * Co-operate with other functions in Sourcing, Supply, Marketing, IT & R&D * Quality assurance of Supply Chain at our EMS suppliers * Introduce products to meet consistent quality, capacity and flexibility at our EMS supplier's manufacturing/repair processes * To secure that products are manufactured/repaired according to supply guidelines regarding quality, capacity and lead time * Synchronize the work of product introduction with maintenance/improvements, and maintenance/PCP projects Qualifications * Management Training * Broad knowledge of Lean Production * Broad knowledge of applicable manufacturing processes (Electronics and Mechanics) * Broad knowledge of Quality Assurance activities * Knowledge and understanding in ERP and other IT applications * Supply strategies * Experience in Logistic management * Fluent in English Personal Skills To enjoy and be successful in this position, we believe you need to be a flexible, target oriented and ambitious person.
