Develop our Supply Chain
You will be part of a strategically important project management team reporting directly to Product Group HSS Management. Your main tasks will be to drive and coordinate initiatives in the Supply Chain area.
The work is project oriented and will focus on running development activities connected to the supply of High Speed Separators worldwide. You will drive initiatives connected to e.g. improving quality and competitiveness our ordering – planning – delivering processes, reducing the lead time of our products, supporting the implementation of new products in operations, improve the information flow and data management to support the business. Assignments will also concern alignment and standardization of processes with R&D and between factories.
Production-oriented consultant function
Your educational background is Master level or higher, possibly in engineering, or similar proven work experience. You have experience of working with project management, supply chain processes and preferably also experience from new product implementation.
You have to be able to take an undefined problem to an implemented sustainable solution or improvement. This gives that previous experience as a project manager is an advantage but not a precondition.
Personally, you are accustomed to seeing opportunities rather than limitations and you know how to relate to all levels of an organization and create relationships. You are project-oriented and you are keen on getting well working results that improve Alfa Laval’s daily operations.
