The Processing Solutions and Equipment organisation develops, engineers, and implements solutions and plants for the food industry. We quote and deliver a competitive portfolio of processing and packaging solutions in close cooperation with the Tetra Pak market companies.
We are looking for a Project Manager Sales that will lead and drive pre-projects for our large L3/L3+ projects (>5MEUR).
This is a permanent position.
The location of the position is flexible to all Engineering Centre locations within Europe. The position includes up to 20% travelling.
What you will do
As a Project Manager Sales within Cluster Project Management Office and Centre of Expertise L3+ part of Europe & Central Asia Processing Solutions and equipment, you will be dedicated to lead, drive and coordinate the team throughout the execution of the pre-project for large projects (L3/L3+) throughout the sales phase.
You will focus on
Lead and align the planning of pre-projects and quotation delivery times
Lead the team to develop the solution to meet the customer demands
Develop and drive the team to meet the deadlines and budgets for the pre-projects all done in accordance with our governance and quality system
Lead the consolidation of the internal costs and create the overall cost
Get the required board approvals
Participate in developing the sales strategy for each sales opportunity
Lead the team to create a consolidated quotation based on input from our internal calculations, BU's and/or other suppliers.

Who you are
We believe that you are a person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly the ability to motivate people and to engage effectively with people at all levels. You have a strong drive for results, do not hesitate to take decisions when it is needed and have a structured way of working. Furthermore, you possess a high level of negotiation skills and have the passion to achieve a common project goal to a high standard.
The successful candidate has a university degree and at least 5 years of proven track record in project management ideally managing pre projects (L2/L3/L3+). It is an advantage if you are PMP certified and has gone through leadership training. As you will work in an international environment it is important that you have a good command of English both written and spoken.
