Global Projects at Tetra Pak Processing Systems AB is looking for a Project Manager - Sales who wants to work in a challenging work environment together with our customers and colleagues around the world.
The role and responsibility for the Project Manager - Sales, is to act as project manager for large projects during the sales phase - from the first customer contact up to a signed contract. Our projects are run together with colleagues in the Market Companies. The position is based in Lund with approximately 30% of travelling. A future career challenge could be to run the project from first customer contact to final handing, over of a fully implemented project to the customer.
In the Global Project Management team our role is to, in a seamless and transparent co-operation with the Market companies, sell and deliver major food plant projects. We act as a competence centre for Project Management Sales resources.
Main responsibilities
• Identify customer needs and perform sales activities
• Perform both technical and commercial discussions during negotiations of contracts
• Elaborate all quotation material, including specifications, cost and price calculations
• Follow and Review the quotation according to the Company Management System
• Work closely with the Market companies according to project specific agreement
• Monitor and report the cost, margin, risks to the Project Board
Qualifications
We see that you are result oriented with high capability to drive and lead projects and enjoy working with a team towards a common project goal. You possess strong communication and presentation skills and cultural sensitivity along with negotiation skills and business awareness.
We believe you have a University degree or similar. We find it very important that you have a background from the food processing industry as well as experience of working with projects in a leading position. A clear understanding of financial calculation as well as an interest in quotations is an advantage.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
