hela Sverige We are looking for a project manager to our IT New Business function which supports our well-defined brands COS, & Other Stories, Cheap Monday, Monki, Weekday, H&M Home and ARKET. You will also be working with new initiatives where we explore new areas, concepts or operationalize something already tested. As an experienced project manager, you will be running several initiatives in parallel. You will be a "go-to" person for assessments, investigations and delivery projects that often break new ground where a holistic view is important.
The pace of change has never been higher than today and will increase even more tomorrow. New technologies and customer expectations drive new possibilities to conduct commerce and fashion retailing. In this role, you will be part of a small team that tests different solutions, is flexible and agile and changes in a fast way, yet with the know-how and experience of an internationally successful company.
You will work with several business teams to define and translate opportunities and business needs into solutions, and lead cross-functional development teams from design through to delivery. You will take ownership in creating roadmaps and ensure milestones are being met by proactively applying your project management skills.
You bring your extensive experience in defining projects and initiatives, creating and understanding solutions, producing decision materials, scope and delivery management. You are a strong communicator both in verbal and written forms and are used to communicating towards many different stakeholders in different parts of the organization. Furthermore, you are a project manager with management, analytical, leadership, business and IT skills. As a person, we believe you are curious, non-prestigious and positive, not seeing problems but rather challenges. Also, you have strong analytical skills. You can find, understand and analyze areas that are not obvious or that lie behind the surface.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Project Manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Being the main responsible Project Manager for prioritized areas and initiatives within H&M New Business IT serving several business areas
• Manage, follow-up and deliver results per project goals
• Hold full responsibility for time plans, budget, project objectives and report to steering committees
• Drive and support decision making across projects and H&M functions
• Provide commercially relevant alternatives for decisions
• Lead, inspire and motivate project members and stakeholders to deliver and contribute to the project's success
• Have a customer focused and commercial mindset in all planning and decision

The IT department is an important part of the company's business and carries out operations, software development and maintenance of the company's systems and business applications. Our goal is to supply as cost efficient IT solutions as possible in order to offer our customers "Fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way". The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conducts business virtually all over the globe. The H&M group includes in addition to H&M the brands H&M Home, COS, & Other Stories, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday and ARKET. As an IT-department, we work with all brands.
