We are moving from traditional project management to a hybrid agile / waterfall development setup that need to be managed over time. We will have internal agile development in combination with a traditional hardware development that requires packaging and installation. This must all be cross functionally synchronized through our E&EE Project managers with the project organization outside the E&EE department.

We - the E&EE Project Management Office, consist of 30 project and portfolio managers. We are involved in all projects with electrical and/or electronic impact. In some product changes we have an overall responsibility for the complete vehicle delivery, in other we take the E&EE PM-role for the specification, design and internal verification of the electrical system.
Many of our projects are global, both in a product perspective and in an organisational perspective. We daily work with our many stakeholders, internal & external, national and international.

Who are you?
We believe that it is the right mindset that will make a difference within our organization. If you besides possessing the traditional project management skills also see challenges as something positive and face change with curiosity then we are sure you will be successful in this position.
One of your main and reoccurring tasks will be to translate the requested product change into project scope, you will plan and monitor the project within the scope when it comes to quality, deliveries, cost and features and to take corrective actions when actual result is deviating from plan goes without saying. We believe that you have strong communication skills and that you establish great relations with stakeholders and project teams while showing direction and setting targets. You probably have experience from managing people, resources and suppliers. Of course you see the benefit in continuously capture, learn from and document experiences.
Required Knowledge/Experience
• In this position you will work in an international environment, meaning that being fluent in both spoken and written English is something we require.
• At least three years of leading other people in projects as task leader or project leader, or in agile roles such as scrum master or product owner is a pre-requisite. A PMP or equivalent certification is a merit.
• At least three years of working with electronic systems, preferably from automotive industry (including specification, implementation, verification and supplier management).
• MSc in Engineering or equivalent education/experience
