ASSA ABLOY has a global strategy for eBusiness as well as develop and roll out web shops on the common platform, based on IBM WebSphere Commerce. Around this program we need to strengthen the team with an experienced project manager/deployment lead. We have a strategy to put these roles locally close to our divisions and this role will work primarily with the division of Entrance Systems, secondly with the divisions of EMEA and Hospitality. The role will be acting out of Entrance System's head quarter in Landskrona. The divisions acts globally or regionally with their brands and business units. Some have already boarded the e-commerce platform, some is yet to be roll out. This will be an interesting journey for this role during 2017 and on. Are you experienced within eBusiness as well as project management and global deployments? Are you also interested in working with our business units all over the world managing the wide span of activities that comes with global rollouts, maybe you are ASSA ABLOY's new project manager/deployment lead! In the role as project manager/deployment lead you will act in the whole spectrum of activities around rollouts, continuous maintenance development, training and much more. This is one of our versatile roles. You belong and report to group center, but acts locally in the division. You are driven as person as well as you listen in to the business needs and make sure they are taken care of prioritized and processed in the right channels. This is a mix of a project manager role (planning, leading and reporting) and a more operative role, where you enjoy acting in details and prestige less work for the best of our business. We work with an external development partner, which you will work closely together with as well as our solution architect and integration lead. Responsibilities within the role include. . acting close to the business understanding and documenting their business requirements . creating project plans and manage resources, dependencies, prerequisites and costs . identifying risks and work for reducing them . maintaining the full project follow up and status, reporting this continuously to stakeholders . ensuring that the business understands and take on the global eBusiness strategy and that the rollouts correlates to it . acting as a platform super user, training the business and holding demo presentations . managing change requests, making the eBuisness solution support the business well
We are looking for you who are passionate about eBusiness and know deployments at your fingertips. You have a university degree in computer science, technique, information systems or similar and you have worked at least 5 years with this type of solutions within global organizations. You have experience and a good understanding of business processes and functionalities within manufacturing industry where logistic, sales and process mapping is important. You are excellent in your communication and lead with great skills on many levels. You are prestige less and always work for the best of the business with a burning and positive attitude that shows. We are looking for a driven team player with great engagement. You have good communication skills and it's important that you communicate fluent in English both spoken and written. Approximately 20% of your time might involve international travel.
