Description/ Key Responsibilities
Anoxkaldnes is growing and also constantly working to optimize the business. We are right now implementing a new strategy and work-flow structure. Therefor AnoxKaldnes is looking for a Manager to manage the Contracts team and be responsible for all on-going projects and contracts.
You will be:
Part of the management group
Generally responsible for execution of all projects/contracts within AnoxKaldnes
Manager of the Contracts group (4-5 persons)
Responsible for planning, organizing and follow-up on the Contracts group
Responsible for developing an effective production planning based on sales forecast and sales pipeline.
Project-/contract manager on large projects.
Budget for the group
Responsible for developing the group competences in project- and contract management and to support them in a pro-active approach towards the clients
Qualifications
Education
Mechanical engineer or similar
Experience:
From international business
5 years in Project management preferably from an exporting company
Leadership and team building qualities
Negotiating with partners and clients
Knowledge of:
Good spoken and written English
Contract Management
Skills in:
Organization and team work
Team building
Outstanding communication skills
Strategic thinking
Ability to:
Work in a team, lead a meeting
Implement and follow action plans
Make budgets and follow-up
Personal attributes:
Ability to work in an multicultural team environment
