Job Summary
Within the Aftermarket Project Office in Gothenburg, you will have the opportunity to work in projects developing the Heavy Duty Powertrain Range (Engine, Transmission, Alternative Fuels and Electromobility). Accountabilities/Responsibilities
As Project Manager Aftermarket, you will be a key player in the Powertrain projects managing aftermarket powertrain areas in order to maximize vehicle and powertrain efficiency and customer uptime.

You will have the possibility to work and develop in an enthusiastic and challenging global atmosphere surrounded by skilled co-workers. You will work in close cooperation with a variety of stakeholders and solution providers e.g. GTT Powertrain Engineering and Quality, Group Truck Business Areas (Renault, Volvo, Mack, UD Trucks and Volvo Bus), Group Trucks Operations (GTO) and AMT to secure a complete aftermarket delivery supporting maintainability (diagnostics, spare parts, service and repair, service intervals) as well as taking part of securing the AM business opportunities.

You will be responsible for the Aftermarket part and work with a broad perspective from high level prerequisites in the early phases - to the later project phases managing planning, development and delivery of the Aftermarket support products.

Manage the Aftermarket project team
Manage the Aftermarket project QDCF acc. to set targets (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature)
Take an active role in developing future ways of working in aftermarket projects, with an end user and customer mindset

Main responsibilities
Represent the Aftermarket in the project management team lead by the CPM (Chief Project Manager)

Take an active role in developing future ways of working in aftermarket projects, with an end user and customer mindset
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent (requirement)
Track record in delivering vs set targets at agreed time by using a structured, longsighted and fact based way of working (requirement)
Project Management or equivalent experience is a merit
PMP certification is a merit
Skilled in DVP in a RnD30 context is a merit
Technical experience in Automotive business is a merit
Understanding of the Aftermarket business and workshop environment is a merit
