Job Description
While our long term planning is centred on products and our platforms, Assessio group has a strong need to work in cross-functional, cross-market, projects with relatively short duration (< one year) in order to reach short- and mid-term objectives. As a full-time project manager on group level and you will be able to produce fast results, either internally or for our customers, in the projects you lead. We are looking for a results oriented team player with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
Main Responsibilities
You will have full responsibility for Planning, Control and Execution of the project scope in order to meet the project objectives.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Leading the project and delegating responsibility within the project organization
• Execution of the project according to the Assessio project model, including e.g.
• Production of a Project Business Case
• Scope definition and break-down
• Dependency planning
• Time scheduling
• Risk Management
• Project organization and communication
• Project reporting to the Assessio Project Steering Committee
Examples of what you will not do:
• Work in an organization with the traditional business/IT paradigm
• Manage projects by the sole use of checklists and procedures
• Spend 6 months or more in the definition phase or "fuzzy front end" of a project
Who are you?
• To be a fit for this role, you have a B.Sc degree or higher in business, economics or relevant engineering field.
• Solid experience of full-time project management since this role requires a good understanding of processes such as management of time, scope, risk, stakeholders, customers, etc.
• You understand how to use your technical project skills in an agile software development organization to achieve a high level of performance and quality.
• You are a problem solver and will use these skills to produce fast results, both internally and for our customers.
• Highly valued collaboration and communication skills since the position works across most of the business areas.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice-to-have
• Certification from IPMA or PMI
• Product Owner / Product Management experience
• Customer-facing project management experience
Reporting
The Project Manager is reporting to the CTO
