Job description:
As part of our international expansion we have opened an office in Gothenburg, Sweden. We are now looking for a project manager to work from this office.
Within our operations in industrial RFID solutions we offer you the possibility to create operational standards for a new industry. You will be rewarded by the joy of creating something new and lasting into our customers' industrial operations. Since you will be working as part of our Operations & Devices team, you will have the chance to get to know RFID hardware, the related IT systems as well as our customers' operations from close proximity.
To roughly position RFID within the technology spectrum, we'd say it is most closely related to IT systems, especially Rosettanet/EDI/EAI and ERP systems integration. To give an example, many of our systems are integrated to SAP R/3. The RFID hardware and RFID tag things are more or less straight forward once you get trained into it. Also, as a project manager you can rely on our RF Engineers.
As for career development paths, we value the potential to master RFID system architecture and project entities and the interest in developing into presales and new project specifications. In close vicinity it is possible to earn larger responsibilities of our operations in Sweden.
Essential requirements:
• Understanding of IT systems
• Experience in project management
• Industrial work experience
• Academic degree, preferably in engineering (eg. IT, electronics, machinery, physics)
• Ability to travel
• Native Swedish, excellent English skills
• Drive for achievement
Desirable requirements:
• Software project experience
