Job Description
You will work both as Project Manager in Maintenance Projects (PMR) and in Start Cost Projects as Project Manager Engineering.
You will play an important role In Maintenance Projects leading cross functional teams and in Start Cost Projects you will lead the technical organization within the projects and represent the technical area in the Project Management Group.
Through communication and dialogue with key stakeholders like Production, Purchasing, Service Market, Market and project team members you will ensure that everyone engage in delivering our project targets (Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Feature).
You will manage time plans, scope, cost, quality and work with project and product risk management, and you will lead the work to ensure robust risk mitigation plans securing quality in delivery and uptime for our customers.
You will be part of selecting technical concepts fulfilling agreed project targets in line with cross-functional technology strategies and roadmaps.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong interest in technology and experience from automotive electrical/electronic development? Do you want to reach your goals together with other people and have an eagerness to develop yourself?
In that case you could be the right candidate for this position. To be successful we think you also have:
Holistic view and ability to work cross functionally and build strong relations
Master of Science in Electrical/Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
At least 3 years of Project Management experience in automotive industry.
High management and communication skills
High integrity, instill trust, build effective teams and ability to follow through
Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
