About the role
The Sourcing Project Office is searching for a Project manager to take on a global project in execution phase. The project addressing the area of productification of a locally sourced service to automat, secure compliance, increase efficiency and decrease cost/prices. This project manager role require a senior approach in project management to organize and steer the project with global resource involvement in the right direction. To follow up, secure progress, overcome struggles and support change management as well as collaborating with senior management as stakeholders to this execution.
The assignment as an Project Manager is a consultant assignment with start immediately. Project period is one year with the opportunity for extension. As a consultant, you have a position with Adecco Sweden.
About you
We are looking for a candidate with relevant university degree in Business, Engineering or related field with 3-5 years experience from project management. To succeed in the role as Project Manager, you should have well developed analytical skills and being comfortable taking own initiatives. You have a well-developed ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Furthermore, we see that you have good interpersonal communication skills suitable for an international environment, and a strong cultural awareness.
Important for the role:
• Good English and Swedish skills, written and spoken
• Experience from project management
