hela Sverige H&M's IT-department is looking for an experienced project manager driving strategic changes to enabling a state-of-the-art customer experience.Do you want to be a key player in ensuring we speed ahead to a modern and relevant customer experience, and reach our goal of becoming the most loved design group in the world? Together with delivery leaders you will set and implement objectives to enable our team, technology and way of work to meet the strategic targets of the H&M group. You will define our ways of working and making sure business and IT value is delivered. To be successful in this role you have the capacity to act on both a strategic and an operational level. You have great communication- and relationship building skills, a genuine interest in people and experience to drive and motivate change. It comes natural for you to guide, inspire and coach! Your role and how you will contribute· Together with IT delivery leaders, set up and implement an overall strategy to enable us to align current and future ways of working by being a guide that can both inspire and coach · Drive change management and communication · Lead on an operative levelWe think you are:· Experienced leader on both operative and strategic level · Experienced from change management - setting and implementing an overall strategy working with the full cycle of creating, implementing and maintaining · Good knowledge of agile- and waterfall processes · Experience from e-commerce· Analytical with the ability to translate data into insights· Great at adapting to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities· A team player with excellent collaborative skills, including an aptitude for helping and coaching othersThe position is located in Liljeholmen, Sweden and we work in an activity based workplace.
