Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:
* Provides Project Management for electrical, mechanical, software and component development activities, working in close cooperation with Business
* Development Management (BDM), Global Program Management (GPM), factory and internal engineering teams, and customers.
* Processing inputs for Quotation of new products/activities with existing and new customers
* Planning and controlling the projects with specific consideration on customer requirements and other internal goals (quality, volume, timelines, cost)
* Acting as the main contact person for all project related issues, especially technical issues, internally as well as externally from start of the project to phase out
* Work with Project Team members like Electronical/SW Engineers, QA, Purchasing and Production colleagues.
* Be responsible for project team management of moderately-complex system and board level design to meet customer's requirements and expectations.
* Manage projects that can be everything from a concept study, Value engineering or a layout assignemnt to a complete Sketch to ScaleTM projcet where you take a product from concept via design and Industrialization/NPI to ramp-up at assigned Flex Manufacturing site World Wide.
* Taking the customer's requirements and expectations into account, as well as internal objectives regard to deadlines, costs and quality.
Here is some of what you'll need (required):
* 5+ years of experience in project management related to product development
* Ability to understand and transfer the requirements and technical solutions
* Experience from the electronic industry
* Fluent English and Swedish both in written and spoken form
* Experience with SixSigma
* Be familiar with working in a international team on a global project
* Flexibility and traveling availability
* Organizational and interpersonal skills
* Strong ability to see the whole picture and to focus on the important details in pragmatic and result oriented way with ability to challenge when needed
We consider the following experiences as a plus:
* Previous experience as an electrical engineer or relevant
* Experience with PCB design
* Project Management education or certification
* Black Belt certification
