The Opportunity
Scania is seeking project managers with expertise in production strategy for managing product introductions in the transmission assembly.
You will be offered a challenging position in a dynamic environment, with good possibilities for both personal and professional growth.
The Role
You will be managing on one or more projects, industrializing new products. Some projects will require occasional travels to Germany and Brazil. You will manage a team of production and process technicians, product preparators and logistical developers.
You will be responsible for successful execution of the projects.
You will be representing the Transmission Assembly cross-functionally within the Volkswagen group.

Do you have this background?
Relevant experience in project-based contexts. Track record of leading teams, delivering against tight deadlines in fast paced and demanding environments. Strong analytical skills.
Outstanding communication skills and comfort in presentation. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, German is meriting.
You are a proven leader with the ambition and drive to manage successful project implementations.
