We're currently looking for a 'Project Manager - Employer Brand' to our office in Stockholm. If you

The position
As the 'Acting Project Manager - Employer Brand' you will for fourteen months be responsible to
continue develop Viaplay as an employer and make the world aware of our greatness. You will be part
of the Viaplay Recruitment & Employer Brand team and we support the organisation with everything
connected to recruitment, onboarding and talent development. Our goal is to further develop Viaplay's
recruitment processes, the onboarding of new talented employees and to build upon the Viaplay Story
• internally as well as externally.
The challenge ahead
You will on a strategic, tactical and operational level be responsible for our activities regarding
employer branding, onboarding and talent development. You will have a varied and creative role with
responsibilities including:
• Strengthen our presence in the right channels, making us top of mind among the right
candidate/target audience
• Refine the communication plan aimed at significantly enhancing awareness and preference of
Viaplay as an employer
• Further develop and enhance the onboarding process of our new employees
• Organise internal events and team gatherings
• Develop a strategy for career planning and manage the implementation
• Build and implement a development program for employees
What we are looking for
We are looking for a self-motivated project manager with a strong point of view on how an engaging
company culture and employer brand is created. We believe that you are a high-energy person with a
passion for creating an exceptional experience for both our current and future employees. You have
probably been working a few years, managing different employer branding, talent, marketing and/or
communications projects. You see yourself as a doer, who gets inspiration from working in a fast-
paced and dynamic environment and you have a solution-oriented and positive mindset.
• Experience from project management - used to planning and running activities and projects
from start to finish. Preferably within the area of employer branding, internal branding and
communication and/or corporate branding
• Excellent communication skills - used to communicating with many different stakeholders and
suppliers and you are very good at involving others in your work
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Preferably experience with consumer technology/entertainment
