FREM is a newly created global function, responsible for ensuring the quality of our facility management services worldwide, for optimising our real estate footprint and for providing safe, inspirational and efficient workplaces that reflect the Tetra Pak brand.
As a project manager you will support the transformation project towards an "Integrated Facility Management" (moving from a decentralized service delivery model with a high numbers of single service vendors to a true Integrated Facility Management (IFM) solution with a few global service partners). You will advise management and the project team on BT methodology and support the translation of our future collaborators processes to our Tetra Pak approach.
The position will be based in Lund and you will be reporting to Corporate Director Facility Management
Main responsibilities
• Lead the BT methodology for IFM
• Understand, highlight and manage interdependencies between the workflows
• Support the programme director, change manager and workflow leaders with planning, execution and delivery of the project on time, within budget and to the agreed quality to meet the objectives.
• Continuous communication and review of the BT process compliance and tollgates
• Support execution of the project in an efficient way in line with the applicable process.
• Support the steering committee preparations
• Liaise and align project approach with collaborators
• Evaluate and report together with the programme director the outcomes of the project.
Qualifications
You are self-motivated with a strong drive and result orientation. You like to collaborate and work effectively in teams and across boundaries. You enjoy details, balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context. You work easily cross-functionally with people on all organisational levels.
The right candidate has a minimum of 3 years solid project management experience from complex projects and a PMP certification or equivalent.
We think you have International experience in global/regional roles. Excellent command of English is essential, both written and verbal.
We believe that the successful candidate have completed a Master degree, MBA or eqivalent.
