The CAPQ team consist of a small group of colour lovers that work with the latest technology within colourimetry and offer solutions to our customers worldwide. In our group, every co-worker has a specialized role with great possibility to influence everyday decisions and the future of the business. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• You will manage both technical and commercial projects from our head office in Stockholm
• You will perform colour measurements and technical analyses in our Reference Lab and at our customers around the world
• Your role includes being a technical specialist & customer support for our digital colour measurement services
• The role includes putting technical results into context and making data understandable to non-technicians
• You will also take on a sales/account manager role in some of the customer projects
• You will be responsible for communicating, setting up and leading customer workshops in the area of colour management
THE ROLE WILL SUIT SOMEONE WHO
• Has a M.Sc. degree, probably in Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Is newly graduated or with a couple of years' working experience
• Has a genuine technical and commercial interest
• Interested in international business and likes to travel, both within Sweden and abroad
• Has an analytical mind and pay great attention to details
• Is communicative and clear
• Has a natural service-minded approach
• Has a flexible personality and is able to prioritize the work load
• Is a curious team player
• Is fluent in English. German, Swedish, French or Chinese are beneficial
