The consultant part in the fire and safety section consists of both sales and performance.
Another key element in the job description is monitoring the finance process of the projects.
The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
The position is within the EU-blue card standard and regulations.
Qualifications for the position is:
• A university bachelor degree in economics, legal and construction - i.e. computer application, CAD software, building, electrical, site rescue, fire and safety protection, ventilation, project budgeting and engineering drawing
• Combined with minimum one year practical working experience as project manager in the field of construction engineering
In the large cities in Sweden, most people live in apartment houses which either is owned or rented. These condominiums are mostly maintained and managed by different sorts of trustees.
Aplicia AB is currently a small Swedish private company who acts as trustee for private real estate of condominiums and apartment houses in the Stockholm area.
We manage private housing and do project management when our clients maintain or construct their condominiums.
Aplicia AB is in the process of expanding the current trustee business with a fire and security section.
We are now expanding our business and are looking to hiring a permanent project manager position based in Stockholm, Sweden
Varaktighet, arbetstid
The total salary package for this position is calculated to be at appr 500.000 SEK per annum and is based on partly fixed salary (SEK 300.000 per annum) plus a sales commission of 5% on the net sales - calculated to be SEK 200.000 per annum.
