At the moment we are in a position where we are increasing the speed of product development as we see the market is in an upturn. In doing so, we are now looking for a member to join our Project Office team as we are merging the power of agile ways of working and R&D project management into an accelerated product development covering both hardware and software development.
Your challenge is to be the leader of a multi discipline/functional team, responsible from idea to launch and to blending agile and traditional project management principles and practices in the right proportions to fit a project and business. In that channeling all the significant knowhow and all the effort towards delivery of the right product characteristics in the right timeframe.
You will be responsible for delivery of the project objectives including scope definition, planning and delivery of work packages, stakeholder communication, etc. and in addition support the organization in the process of improving ways of working, project governance and promote the empowerment of the team and its members.
We believe you carry
• An experience in working within an agile development framework regarding the methodology and tool and have a capability to convey this knowhow to the team and you surrounding.
• The ability to act in a coaching leadership way and the characteristics of growing others, ability of holistic view and energy to overcome hinders.
We consider it to be meritorious with
• Proven experience from leading development projects in an international environment.
• PMP certification
• Practice of Lean/Agile principles, methods and Ways of Working
Formal requirement
• University degree
• Fluently in both Swedish and English, other language skills are meriting
The position is located in Gothenburg and travels are required to support the project activities.
