Department for International Cooperation of Folkuniversitetet Uppsala operates with different projects in vocational and adult education, integration policy and empowerment. We?re looking for a project manager, who?ll be working with ICT-aspects of our European projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Development and implementation of dissemination strategies for our projects in line with the European Commission demands.
• Monitoring and ensuring these strategies deliver the claimed results in accordance with budget and deadlines.
• Social media marketing
• Range of copywriting activities: articles, press-releases, texts for the web
• Documentation (elaboration of reports, agendas, protocols)
• Designing marketing materials
• Communication with transnational partners
Education
• Master?s degree in project management, ICT or Public Relations
Working experience
• Significant experience (at least 2 years) in project management or communications industry
Essential Skills
• Proven ability to develop and manage a value creating multi-facetted integrated communications strategies with a wide variety of senior multicultural stakeholders
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing able to convey ideas clearly and concisely to a wide audience
• Social media marketing
• Search engine optimization (on page and off page)
• Contextual advertising
• Search advertising
• Web Analytics
• Usability testing
• Copywriting and SEO-copywriting
• Adobe Photoshop and/or CorelDRAW, Microsoft Publisher and/or Adobe Indesign
Languages
• Fluency in English, Swedish, and Russian is required for this position.
