Responsibilities:
The Project Manager is responsible for project delivery management through the whole project delivery period. From the projects early involvement, preparation, establishment, implementation till project closure:
• Responsible for meeting the project business target, through delivering the project with low cost, good quality according to the contract, and is responsible for delivery schedule, quality and customer satisfaction, etc.
• Strictly observe the "contract-based delivery and budget implementation" principle, to ensure project delivery activities are executed according to contracts and the granted budgets, Control Project Plan & progress and project budget. Ensure the project achieves the delivery and profit objective.
• Follow project management process and carry out regular project meetings, monitor and supervise project operations, decide upon major project issues and key points, and urge related business departments to resolve problems and provide support required by the project team. Mitigate project risks, the major issues, seeks help to Sponsor and management escalation.
• As the primary owner of project quality management, guarantee resources of quality management and ensure the implementation of quality standard on site.
• Maintain smooth communication with customer and internal team. Fast Response of customer requirement and urgent issue handling to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required qualifications
Work experience and background requirements:
• University degree in telecommunication or electrical/electronic engineering or business school.
• Over 3 years communications industry work experience, no less than 2 years wireless /TK and other project management experiences; who has project delivery experiences with operators and who get the PMP certification will be considered as priority
• Familiar with TE communications product or TK engineering business operation and communication engineering construction standard, understands the contract, subcontracting, procurement and commercial knowledge
• Has been the large-scale wireless /TK Project Manager, completed the project delivery since the project preparation till the project closure as the project first owner;
• Can bear hardships and stand hard work, can adapt to the multi-culture work environment, English can be the working language
• Customer centricity, has the good teamwork spirit and interpersonal communication skill
• Has the good objective guidance, with ability to adapt to the work culture.
Skill requirements:
• Familiar with GSM/UMTS/ LTE and other wireless communication basic principle, industry basic communications protocol standard and so on
• Familiar with Radio site construction implementation process/wireless swap process/TK implementation process and so on
• Grasps project management methodology and relative finance knowledge can effectively control the project plan, business operation, quality, risk etc.
• Has the project bid capability, familiar related process and law, service, commerce, finance knowledge
• Has leadership skills, build project team and lead team objective guided and active cooperation
• Has good understanding, communication skill, establishes the close customers cognition initiatively, can profoundly understand and analyze customer needs, can actively manage the customers expectation
Organization:
This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Project Manager you will work within the CEE&Nordic regional organization and report to the project manager/Regional Project management manager. The CEE&Nordic regional organization is managed and controlled from Poland.
