Volvo IT needs to strengthen the team of Project Managers with focus on industrial IT solutions within Volvo. We develop, maintain and support global applications that are used at many different factories throughout Volvo. Our solutions are highly integrated with the shop-floor in the factory as well as with the industrial workers day to day activities, with very high demands on end availability, 7 * 24 around the globe.
As a Project Manager within Volvo IT, you will get the possibility to work with different companies within the Volvo Group and to lead projects both locally on site in Skövde as well as globally around the world. The project portfolio includes both development projects as well as roll-out projects.
General qualifications and skills:
An academic educational background
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
Proven leadership skills with considerable social competence is an advantage.
Experience of leading IT projects is a must
International experience will be considered an advantage
