Appear söker en projektledare för att ansvara för mobilitetsprojekt i stora internationella organisationer och samtidigt arbeta nära det utvecklingsteamet (Scrum). Tjänsten finns i Kista, Stockholm och
är initialt ett vikariat på 7-10 månader med möjlighet till fast anställning.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
You will be managing large software development projects, translating complex functional and technical requirements from customers into a detailed realistic plan. You will be required to create, manage and prioritize different project backlogs. You will collaborate with a team of developers organized as a Scrum team and embracing various agile practices. You will contribute to the review, implementation and maintenance of development methodologies covering all aspects of the software development life-cycle from specification, planning, quality assurance and product delivery.

Kvalifikationer
• degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years experience in project management in a software company
• experience working with agile development methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)
• understanding of mobile platforms (ie. iOS, Android, Windows Phone)
• understanding of web applications technologies
• solid problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
• demonstrated ability to coordinate people and teams
• ability to manage timelines and balance multiple deadlines
• willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business requirements
• advanced oral and written communication skills in English
