Who We Are
We are a group of experienced project leaders and initiative owners. We coordinate solution initiatives that span over several of our agile release trains and several program increments. With our mix of backgrounds, experiences and competencies we support each other to enable both growth and learning, and business success.
We are part of the department Software Development System, that enables a seamless user experience for our developers of embedded systems across all TRATON sites and brands.

The Role
Your daily tasks will include:
Manage the interfaces between other technical stakeholders, departments and teams.
Coordinate the cross-functional solution deliverables
Plan the right sequence of milestones and align these milestones with concerned parties cross-functionally.
Ensure Initiative breakdowns into a sequence of capabilities and features meeting the milestones
Synchronize capabilities to follow up on that milestones are met
Build and update the Business case for initatives.
Coordinate and plan deliveries together with the release train leads.
Facilitate meetings and follow up activities.
Your Profile
You are an experienced Project Leader and have the ability to structure and break down big initiatives into smaller pieces. We believe that you can handle complex situations within your area of responsibility. You enjoy working in a dynamic world where agile and conventional development methods co-exist and you want to support the organization to improve and adapt to the SAFe landscape.
You probably have bachelor degree in engineering or similar. Diversity is the normal situation in our development teams, hence international experience and cultural awareness is a benefit. You have a solid background within software development, preferable within embedded systems. Leadership experience is a merit.
You are fluent in written and spoken English and have excellent communication- and interpersonal skills. As a person you are flexible and have a positive mindset.
