Nanoradio was founded in March 2004 by a group of experienced engineers and businessmen devoted to the wireless communication technology and its development. In 2012 Nanoradio was acquired by Samsung. SNDC has developed a unique WLAN chipset, making high-speed wireless access available in portable electronic devices such as mobile phones, cameras, portable media players and "Internet of things". Key features include ultra low power consumption, smallest size as well as a unique support for audio applications.
What will you do?
You will be part of the journey towards being the leading company in WiFi and Bluetooth technology.
You will operationally lead and plan, ensure timely delivery of high quality software and hardware products against committed project plans. Develop, execute and track project schedules within the project scope. Provide timely and effective communication and information exchange between all key stakeholders.
The size of individual projects typically varies from 5-10 engineers up to 15, so hands on experience with passion are key for the role.
You will work with different teams that have a genuine interest in electronic software, hardware, design and the latest technology. The teams can be located in different countries, so experience from leading virtual teams is an advantage. For this position we are especially looking at specific skill set such as; leadership abilities, communication skills, the ability to motivate and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:
• At least 10 years experience as Project/product manager
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
• Experience with agile methods
• Understanding of culture differences
• A structured and analytical mindset
• Innovative thinking
• A genuine interest in electronics and software
• Excellent ability in multitasking and independent problem solving
• Experience from both hardware products development, and software systems development
• Communicative. You are known for your ability to work very well with others and keeping deadlines
• General experience from project executables such as Risk management, Scheduling, resourcing and work processes.
It would be preferable to have
• International experience
• University degree in EE, CS or equivalent
• Certified Project Management Methodology
• Previous programming experience in C/ C++ for real time embedded systems is desirable but not mandatory.
• Previous experience from HW design on PCB or IC level.
