Westermo is currently recruiting a project manager to join our R&D team in Västerås. As a Westermo R&D project manager, you will work with product development starting from customer/market requirements ending with hand over to Production. Our projects typically include most aspects of product development from electronics, mechanics, software, type tests, production test design, prototypes in production etc.

So who are we looking for?
We are looking for you, who love project management and development of new products/features at the very front of technology. You are structured, result driven and a good at team and stake holder management. Furthermore, you have the ability to motivate and inspire your team to perform through difficult challenges. Eye on the price but with focus on quality describes you well
Personal experience
We want you as a candidate to tick some of the boxes below:
• At least 5 years experience in project management.
• Experience from product development, either software or hardware.
• Experience/understanding of electronics design.
• Experience from software development - preferably using agile development, SCRUM etc.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English both in speaking and in writing.
