As a member of our Supply Chain team, you'll work alongside an experienced team to optimize and develop the supply chain of the world's leading Forest & Garden company. You'll lead and collaborate on challenging projects in an international setting, with team members from different departments and backgrounds.
Who you are
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced Project Manager within Logistics and Supply Chain Management. You will report to the head of Supply Chain Development for the Husqvarna Division, globally.
As an individual, you have exceptional analytical skills, and make decisions based on facts and numbers. You organize projects in a methodical, clear fashion with an eye on scheduling and cost. And you motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve challenging goals, on time and in full.
Planned travel and international projects is a key part of this role. This role is located in Huskvarna, Sweden.
Education Requirements:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Relevant Field
Qualifications
• Proven expertise and operational knowledge of logistics, warehousing and physical supply chain
AND/OR
• Proven expertise and operational knowledge of e-commerce, digital supply chains, and B2C logistics
• Documented excellence in driving and delivering complex projects
• Documented excellence in data analysis and cost analysis
• Able to convey complex ideas fluently in business English
• Business level Swedish, German and/or French is a plus
Your role at Husqvarna
• Ownership of projects and achieving targets - on time, on budget and in full
• Driving continuous improvement within the Husqvarna Supply Chain
• Example projects: E-commerce pilots, opening/closing warehouses, end-to-end lead time optimization, product traceability, B2C returns process, preventive maintenance setup
