Currently, we have a need for a Project Manager to lead directly from the PreStudy and then, as needed, into the establishment/ implementation work. The main purpose of the Data Model and Validation PreStudy is to identify high-level business requirements on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), review the way we work with PLM R&D/IT development, define a new future-proof PLM concept and plan for a technical re-design of the platform. The main areas of focus will be Processes, Requirements, Concepts and Redesign. Investigations should result in prioritized activities that will be managed in the continued project.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have/are:
• At least 5 years of work experience in the classified area
• Strong background in PLM/ PDM systems
• Strong background in IT systems
• Extensive experience in Project Management and can interpret project requirements and objectives
• Experience in Stakeholder Management
• Scope and deliverables
• Experience in risk management
• Experience in Change Management
• Strong Leadership skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• High IT maturity and experienced user of Office 365
Formalities
• Assignment period: 09 April 2023 - 09 October 2023
• Extent: 50%
• Location: Fagersta or remote
• Remote work: 100%
• Competence level: 5
