The systems engineering tools development group is responsible for analysing and developing Scania 's toolchain used within development of E/E-system. We meet future needs with a clever system design and good communication to improve the workflow of approximately one thousand people working with development of Scania 's E/E-system.
Your role
As a project manager you will lead one or several projects focusing on digitalisation and improvement of Scania 's processes and toolchain within the E/E-system development. Key responsibilities:
End-to-end delivery of the project in order to achieve set goals
Oversee creation of project plans, roadmaps and distribution of work.
Track plans, progress reporting to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure delivery execution is aligned and coordinated with other ongoing projects within organisation.
Ensure planning and execution of the rollout of new processes and tools.
Provide regularly status updates to management and stakeholders so they can mitigate / steer risks and issues.
Communicate the project goals to the affected parts of R&D organisation.
Build good relations within organisation to ensure understanding of engineers needs and challenges.

Your profile
You are an experienced IT project manager fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English. Knowledge about Scania and Scania 's methods and processes is a qualification. To succeed in this position you need to be strong in building teams, cross-functional work, be communicative, show drive and initiative and be energized by challenges.
