About the job
Kvinna till Kvinna has for many years developed and implemented international training programmes to increase knowledge and change within areas of "women, peace, and security" and "gender-based violence".
In this role you will be responsible for project managing The International Training programme on Gender Based Violence with participants in Western Balkans, Ukraine, and Moldova. This programme was initiated 2018 with the Swedish Police Authority and the collaboration is a key success factor for implementation. Training participants are persons working both in public sector and civil society. Three years of implementation remains which is currently happening on-line. Examples of work tasks include:
Planning, coordination, and implementing training on-line and face to face in collaboration with a small programme team.
Recruitment, communication, and coaching of participants. partners and fund-raisers.
Developing reports and proposals and communicating the programme concept and results (and eventually future programmes) for different audiences and donors.

You will work closely with our other Project manager for the ITP and report to the Deputy Secretary General.
About you
To be successful in this role we see that you are results oriented and proactive as well as creative. You enjoy teamwork and have a genuine interest in project management. You like planning and implementing training, also on-line, and are used to assuring quality by follow-up and learning from mistakes. You have experience in supporting a target group on their journey as change agents and know that there are many ways to learn and grow. You are communicative and good at networking.
You need to at least have
Minimum three years of relevant work experience such as project management, coaching, digital learning or equivalent
Relevant education in social science/education/gender studies/peace and conflict/international relations/human rights or law.
Experience from conducting adult education.
Good English and Swedish

You will join a team of 150+ dedicated Kvinna till Kvinna colleagues who fight for women's rights in more than 20 countries affected by conflict.
This position is based in our head office in Stockholm, and you need to have a valid work and residence permit to apply. Here, about sixty of us work with programme management, communication, fundraising and advocacy and support to the rest of the organisation. Through regular digital meetings, we stay in touch with our colleagues abroad. This role also includes occasional international travel.
This is a full-time substitute position until end of January 2025 . Access as soon as possible.
Our working week is 37.5 hours; these working hours are flexible and goal oriented. We also apply a hybrid working model. We are covered by the collective agreement and offer occupational pension and insurances accordingly.
