The facilities make up an open campus of over 105,000 m2 located in central Gothenburg. It offers a wide range of experiences to many, from tenants to students and professionals at Lindholmen as well as the public in Gothenburg.
Project Management Officer
Geely Innovation Centre Management is looking for a PMO that can contribute in our fast-paced and inspiring organization. You will play an important role in supporting our organization in a variety of tasks making our campus great. You will also be responsible of driving specific business-related projects and tasks.
We would like you to bring your experiences and qualifications:
• Experience from delivering on business related tasks in a global company.
• High integrity with a can-do attitude and high level of self-management
• Fluent in Chinese and English, orally and in writing since international contacts is a vital part of the job
• Basic knowledge in Swedish is essential
• Great communicating and reporting skills.
• Outgoing personality and ability to perform, both on an operational and strategical level.
• Organized and structured.
• Experience from real estate or hospitality industry is advantageous.
An ordinary workday for you could look like:
• Structure and drive the business planning process
• Independently create different materials and presentations
• Run, participate and follow up on business-related projects and tasks
• Coordinate meetings and different issues with Chinese headquarters
• Represent the company during visits
• Follow up company KPI:s and targets
• Translation activities
