hela Sverige The Management Office organization provides state-of-the-art Management know-how centres, providing standards, solutions and support as well as enabling people development and governance to projects and portfolios throughout their function. The Management Office organization supports the development, establishment and sustenance of a functional management strategy, capability and culture in a division in order to increase its effectiveness. The Project Management Officer will give support to all the Project Managers and to the Head of PMO both from Västerås and internationally.
IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL:
• Provide support to Project Managers, Project Team members and Heads of KAs in line with the roles and responsibilities identified in this document
• Raise business demand for new processes to Group / Core from own Region/Business
• Propose improvements, updates to existing processes
• Active support in development of new generic standard processes
• Develop divisional supplements to generic processes where required by business
• Drive processes throughout organization
• Support Project Launches by setting up processes including divisional specifics, templates and procedures
• Evaluate & forward new or tool adjustment demands for tool landscape to group
• Be the first point of contact for functional tools for Region/Business
• Identify training needs from business
• Drive Region/Business governance - Project Reporting, Gate Reviews
• Support close out of follow up actions

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration or Engineering
• At least 1 year experience in Project Management
• Working experience either in Project Management, Bids, Sales, Contracts & Legal, Procurement, Engineering, Operations or Finance
• International working experience
• Profound knowledge of functional processes
• Sound knowledge in functional tool handling
• Proficient in English
• Swedish is a plus
• Willing to travel up to 20% per year
