About the role
Ingka Centres are together with the Swedish E-sport Federation (SESF) Hosting E-sportens dag and the Swedish E-sport Championship (SM).

This is a unique opportunity for Ingka Centres to be able to contribute into the gaming community and to be a part of designing the future E-sport events & championship. Together with SESF, Ingka Centres will conduct a gaming tour during the autumn including E-sportens dag at their seven Swedish Meeting Places, plus the Swedish E-sport Championship Finals at Live arena in Älmhult.

As the Project Leader representing Ingka Centres you will work closely with the initiative leader (Commercial Business Development Sprint Leader). But even more important is that you have a close collaboration with the corresponding project leader from the SESF and other project team members.

You 'll act as Ingka Centres first point of contact, being the link between the project team and our Meeting Place teams. You will together with the SESF prepare and administrate practicalities related to the project to secure a solid plan and organization around the events as well as a qualitative execution in each Meeting Place.

You will coordinate and take ownership for the overall project timeline and deliverables, securing that key milestones are duly addressed and managed. You will set up and manage the project calendar in cooperation with the CBD Sprint Leader and members of the project team. The role will also require a thorough contact with our Meeting Place teams to keep them up do date with relevant information and to ensure commitment and necessary support on site.

You will have a key role in carrying through each event of the gaming tour in the Meeting Places together with the project team in a professional manner. Make sure the event runs smoothly and create as good prerequisites as possible for partners to activate and engage with visitors, audience and the players.

During the project you will have continuous check-ins and follow-ups together with CBD Sprint Lead to assess progress and capture valuable learnings and insights.

This recruitment process is a collaboration with Adecco. The role is a consultant assignment with a duration period between 7 th June and 15 th December with a break during the month of July. We are flexible in where in Sweden you are based, but you will need to be flexible and able to travel to the seven Meeting Places Älmhult, Göteborg, Linköping, Stockholm, Västerås, Sundsvall and Umeå. Our service office is in Malmö. Overnight stay is required for the position.
