We are now looking for a Project Leader Powertrain & Chassis China!
Description
As a project Leader you will:
• Be responsible for development powertrain and chassis architecture and do system strategy selection against marketing mapping, VTS, vehicle architecture
• Manage chassis program meeting and review chassis design, timing, cost, quality, supplier readiness
• develop process, and documentation together with Powertrain & Chassis component and system engineer.
• Manage chassis engineering team to resolve testing failures and quality issues coming from aftersales
• Manage chassis system release, engineering issue tracking, engineering change and deviation
• Coordinate Powertrain & Chassis project work between Sweden & China
We are looking for someone who has:
• Relevant engineering experience in the work area, 10-15 years,
• University engineering education or equivalent experience,
• You master English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
To be successful in the role, you need to;
• have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Powertrain & Chassis.
• be creative, solution-oriented and open minded.
• have good communication skills.
• have excellent automotive industry knowledge.
• have the ability to plan and prioritize.
