On behalf of the client, we are looking for you who have the right qualifications, experience and personality for this assignment.Assignment Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Leader on behalf of the client, a global supplier of propulsion technology and powertrain solutions that are renowned for their innovation and quality. The company with a legacy in the automotive industry, specializes in high-efficiency, low-emission engines and is expanding into sustainable powertrain technologies. As part of their mission to reimagine motion for a greener future, we are now looking for a skilled Equipment Engineer/Project Leader to contribute to their design of tomorrow's powertrain solutions for automotive and beyond.
Your main tasks and responsibilities
• Develop and implement equipment solutions for various projects, including product projects, capacity enhancements, and non-product initiatives
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams, plant engineering, production, and external suppliers to ensure our power systems meet customer expectations.
• Lead and coordinate efforts in final and base assembly processes, ensuring project targets are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have/are:
• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven work experience in turning and grinding processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the capability to manage and guide a team.
• Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience in safety, reliability, and cost analysis are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
