hela Sverige The main tasks include construction planning, construction cost estimation, construction cost management and construction site support, in sales and delivery projects for evaporation plants.
Construction planning, includes:
o erection planning & scheduling
o preparing crane/lifting plans
o planning for site arrangements
o planning for site mobilization
o compiling and sending erection inquiries
o analyzing quotations
o participating in contracting negotiations
o coordinate document packages to/from customer/contractor according to contract.
Construction cost estimation, includes:
o identification and definition of customer need
o acquiring data related to weights and quantities
o preparing construction cost estimations
Construction cost management, includes:
o collecting data related to realized cost and quantities
o support site manager in contractual issues related to erection subcontracting.
o participate in commercial settlement with subcontractor after completed work.
Construction site support, includes:
o supporting site manager in erection.
o working as a link at the office on erection related issues.
To be successful in this role you have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, Civil Engineering or another relevant field. You have minimum 3 years' experience from erection site and/or evaporation plant (or equivalent equipment) design or manufacturing.
Furthermore, you have good skills of erection contract negotiations, and good knowledge of either cost estimating or construction planning. You have good business knowledge such as terms of contract for erection subcontracting and subcontracting costs.
With your good communication and interpersonal skills, you can build and keep up good relationships with both external and internal clients. Good command of both Swedish and English language is essential in this position. Other language skills are an advantage.
Also, you have good skills in Office software and MS Project scheduling software.
For this position, you need to have a readiness to travel to site assignments, approx. 30-50 days per year.
