Position description
To our office in Trollhättan we are now looking for a Project engineer, with experience from vehicle development within the area of Thermal systems. In this role you will for one of our customers, lead and coordinate timing and development activities during project execution for Powertrain Cooling system. Your main responsibilities will be delivering critical data to the program on time, meeting key technical and commercial targets.
You will work in close cooperation with Design-, Validation- and Simulation engineers as well as suppliers and also guide engineers who are part of the team, using your technical experience and expertise. Our strength is our experience and knowledge in complete system development and complete vehicle integration.
You will be placed in Trollhättan, but need to have the possibility to work outside Trollhättan for periods of time.
Skills & Requirements
• B.Sc. degree Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of work experience at Automotive OEM or Tier1 supplier
• Experience from development/integration of conventional cooling systems from concept to serial production
• Experience from thermal management within hybrid and electrical vehicles is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Excellent project leadership skills
• Very good communication skills
• Solution and result driven approach
• Ability to build effective teams and motivate others - Driver license
