Our unit in Västerås, currently has a vacancy for a Tender Coordinator Electrical Design, at our GCoC Service department. GCoC Service is taking care of our installed base from warranty phase through the complete lifetime of the plant. Your Responsibilities:
As Tender Coordinator Electrical Design you will coordinate the tender work for the electrical design scope in upgrade tenders and service offerings, ensuring adherence to applicable processes and you will also drive lessons learned to propose improvements of our offerings.
Your main tasks will be tender work, but you will also be involved in fault tracing and corrections of electrical installation in our installed base as well as design of upgrades and updates of sub-systems such as Control, Relay Protection and Auxiliary power.
You will convert technical requirements into a validated design and ensure that customer requirements are met. You will achieve this by working in close collaboration with other engineering groups, project managers, local Hitachi Energy offices, suppliers and our customers.

Your background & profile:
You have an analytical mindset combined with a focus on quality and the ability to propose and design solutions.
Since you are service minded and hold high quality and on time delivery as equally important, you manage your own planning with diligence.
As a natural team player, you are communicative, collaborative and always open to new ideas.
You have at least, a Technical High School diploma, and experience in a similar role within the area of Power Systems. Proficiency is if you also have been working with products or service business.
It is valuable if you have a University degree in Electrical Engineering and have experience in Electrical Design, Relay Protection Configuration & Testing, Auxiliary Power calculations, commissioning, E3 CAD tool as a user or super user, and/or Model Based Design.
Since you will be part of a global business, you need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken
